I am Marnie, a metalsmith based in the Kingston Ontario area. My mother taught oil painting, sculpturing and later years was a glass blower, so all my life I received lots of exposure to the arts and as a result dabbled in this and that over the years. When the opportunity arose to attend a Silversmith class a few years ago I *finally* discovered my passion!

I create unique contemporary pieces as well as hammered medieval style jewelry, chain maille, small containers and whimsy's forged, pierced, fold formed, cast and raised out of silver, copper, brass and pewter.

I have a keen interest in experimenting with flamework [glass] and forging iron as well. I am currently working from my shop at home in the 1000 Islands and spend each fall and winter volunteering as a silversmith instructor at Kingston Lapidary and Mineral Club.

Please note, International customers are responsible for any customs fees and/or import duty taxes that may apply. As far as I know, there are no duties for those in the US on Canadian made items because of NAFTA.

No resizing of rings as most with a few exceptions are of a style they can't be sized.
I do not offer refunds for shipping errors (ie. getting lost or damaged in the mail)so request insurance where applicable.

My pieces are carefully created using quality materials. I want them to last forever! In the event something happens to your item within a week or two of receiving it, kindly return it and I will gladly 1) repair it at no cost; 2) exchange it for an item of the same price; or 3) refund you the purchase price (less shipping).
