knittles is a family affair:

2 sisters through marriage offering original handknit hats & other satisfying projects.

Mavis, an obsessive & compulsive crafter since the age of nothing has finally settled on the art of knitting as her preferred craft (for now). From the minute she picked up the circular needles, hats have been magically appearing all over her house, to her husband's dismay.

Returning to her roots of arts & crafting, O (short for Olga) is finally getting to make use of the old world skills she acquired as a child in the Far East of Russia. Experimenting with fibers and expressing her creativity through the use of the stix, O is combining this pleasure with a dayjob.

They both fall in love with every object they make & they both have a goal to adorn the tops and necks of every man, woman, and child with their handmade hats. WORLD ... here we come.

Sometimes online items are just not what you thought it would be. We know - it happens when you purchase from the internet, we are buyers here as well. We will happily exchange/refund the item provided the item is in the same condition as we sent it out.

For refunds, buyer must send us an e-mail via site or to handcrafted@knittles.ca within 7 days of receiving the item. All refunds will be made upon receiving the item in the same condition it was sent out. We will refund the cost of the item ONLY (no shipping cost will be refunded)Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
