I've sewn and crocheted since I was a teenager, but I really got hooked on crafting approximately 19 years ago when I started making barettes for my daughters. From there I began making jewelry, wood items, and finally ceramics. I've been learning how to throw pottery on a wheel and will be starting work in polymer clay soon.
I love creating objects for fun and function, and love the satisfaction holding that completed item in my hand. It's even more special to find people who love what I've made!
